10% surcharge for single night

10% discount for 3 night stay

Friday/Saturday night $275 per couple per room per night

Monday to Sunday $250 per couple per room per night

*all rates include accommodation, continental breakfast (cooked breakfast additional option).

* Dinner is an additional $75 per person

Public Holidays and Peak Times: Boxing Day to 14th January.

Booking Terms

50% deposit required at time of booking.
Standard industry cancellation fees apply: 21-60 days prior to booking date - 50% of deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable with less than 21 days notice of cancellation.
Total accommodation fee non-refundable with less than 14 days notice of cancellation.
All tariffs subject to change.

Rooms and Restaurant

All rooms are either Queen or King/Twin ensuite room and includes continental breakfast. Afternoon tea on arrival included.

Dinner: $75 per person. All vegetables and herbs are grown in our garden.

Aire Valley Restaurant and Guest House is Fully licensed (no BYO). We have a full range of excellant wine and beers.
